Transparency

Our objective is transparency: each plan sponsor should understand the fees and compensation for all the services they are paying for.

This includes transparency about our own services. Our compensation is exclusively fee based, disclosed, and paid directly or indirectly by the plan sponsor. Our fee structures fall into the following two categories:

• fixed or asset-based fees
• asset-based product compensation

In terms of products, we are unbiased regarding funding strategies and seek only to design and comprehensively manage the best fit funding strategy tailored for each plan sponsor’s specific objectives.
