The website (“Website”) for CapAcuity, LLC (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”), was created to provide information about our Company, including our Consulting, Investment Advisory, and Asset Management services, (together with the Website, the “Services”).  We value the privacy of our visitors (“you,” “your,” or “user”), and in order to protect your personal information, we have implemented the following Privacy Policy with provisions that apply to the collection of data by the Company, its subsidiaries, and its affiliates.

The Company’s website is located at www.capacuity.com. By using this website, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions that may from time to time be posted on the website. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not access or use the Website.

Our Privacy Policy discloses the type and nature of information we collect and how we use it, as well as the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.  We also explain how any requests for personal or personally identifiable information will be used.  If you follow any links that direct you away from the Website, this privacy policy will not apply to your activity on the other websites you visit.  We do not control the privacy policies or the privacy practices of any third parties.

We may from time to time make available mobile applications (“Apps”) to allow you to access your account using wireless and mobile devices. This Privacy Policy applies to any nonpublic personal or other information that we may collect through Apps.

You may choose to provide additional information during subsequent visits to the Website. No Anonymous Postings

Children Online Privacy Protection Act and CAN-SPAM Act

We respect the privacy of children and encourage all parents to supervise their children’s computer usage. We do not market to children and the Website is not intended to be used by anyone under 18 years old.
