Shawn Besser supports CapAcuity’s Managing Directors and our implementation/client service consulting teams on case development, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management. His focus is on assisting clients and intermediary partners with plan design, participant investment “menu” construction, funding analytics, and advisory services.
Shawn brings a wealth of industry experience to our team, having most recently served as a non-qualified sales regional consultant with Empower, where he was responsible for non-qualified plan sales and relationship development. Previously, Shawn held key positions including as a non-qualified account director at Prudential Retirement, senior implementation project manager at Newport Group, and project manager at Aon Hewitt.
Shawn earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the American Intercontinental University and holds Series 6 and 66 registrations.
