Jessica Warrick

Director, Client Service Consulting

As a leader of CapAcuity’s client service consulting team, Jessica Warrick helps ensure we continue to build the infrastructure necessary to deliver a high-quality client service experience that keeps pace with our rapid business growth. In this role, Jessica will establish and manage service-related business processes and protocols, and expand our high-touch relationships with clients—collaborating with CapAcuity’s consultants and our implementation and client service teams to optimize the overall client journey.

Jessica has over 15 years of experience in financial services and has held roles such as account executive, advisor, and licensed relationship manager with several leading firms in the Orlando area. Her expertise in this field includes experience as a senior relationship manager in the non-qualified deferred compensation plan area of Newport Group, where she provided oversight to large client accounts and conducted annual plan reviews, as well as onsite educational meetings.

Jessica earned both her bachelor’s degree in psychology and her master of business administration degree from the University of Central Florida. She is also a Nonqualified Plan Advisor (NQPA) and holds a Life and Variable Annuities license.
