Jennifer See provides oversight support for executive benefit clients of CapAcuity. She is responsible for coordinating the implementation and conversion process for new and existing non-qualified deferred compensation plans for corporate sponsors with specific focus on plan design, plan communications as well as overall plan and asset administration.
Jennifer works closely with plan sponsors and third party administrators to ensure that all plans meet regulatory requirements and exceed client objectives and expectations. Jennifer has worked exclusively in the non-qualified deferred compensation plan space for over 10 years.
Prior to CapAcuity, she served as senior advisor for executive benefit consulting at NFP Retirement and its sister company, Retirement Plan Advisory Group (RPAG).
Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in political science from Washington University in St. Louis. She holds a FINRA Series 7 securities registration.
