As Senior Client Service Consultant, Anna Miller-Goodman is responsible for managing all aspects of the CapAcuity client relationship experience. Her responsibilities include client relationship management and client service delivery—providing ongoing funding analytics, development of client service calendars, and coordination of annual plan reviews. In this role she works closely with our consulting and implementation teams, as well as our intermediary advisors.
Anna has more than 20 years of experience in the non-qualified executive benefit space. Most recently, she served as a senior client relationship manager with Newport, an Ascensus Company. Prior to Newport, she held client management roles with MullinTBG and Clark Consulting, where she was responsible for a wide range of client service, communications and policy servicing functions.
Anna attended Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, CA and also earned the Nonqualified Plan Consultant (NQPC) designation from the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA).
