Alaina Hepple

Client Service Consultant

As Client Service Consultant, Alaina Hepple is responsible for managing all aspects of the CapAcuity client experience, which includes the development of service calendars and the fulfillment of ongoing service deliverables. Alaina leads the coordination, preparation, and delivery of annual plan review meetings and ongoing funding analyses. In this role she collaborates closely with our internal consulting and implementation teams; advisors; third-party administrators; and other service providers, to maintain our high-touch relationships with clients.

Prior to CapAcuity, Alaina served as a non-qualified plan consultant with Newport Group, evaluating plan design and establishing strategic goals and objectives, as well as facilitating enrollments, annual plan reviews, participant education meetings and ongoing client support. Previously she was an insurance supervisor for Geico, managing a team of licensed insurance associates.

Alaina earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from PennWest California. She holds Series 6 and 63 registrations, and a life, health and annuity license. Alaina also holds a Nonqualified Plan Advisor (NQPA) designation.
