Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager, Hema Ford provides asset reporting, plan implementation services, and asset/liability management and trading for CapAcuity’s client companies. In addition, she helps our clients manage the impact of tax, accounting, legislative and regulatory compliance issues related to their plans.

Hema brings many years of expertise in executive benefit plan funding strategies to CapAcuity. Along with her experience in asset management, she has vast experience working with 409(A) regulations pertaining to non-qualified plan recordkeeping, including payout structures.

Previously, she was a quality control analyst for the customer service and processing areas of ING Financial Services. Also for ING, she was a financial processor and service representative for a qualified plan for New York State United Teachers 403b plan and the State University of New York optional retirement program. In this role, she and her colleagues helped provide thousands of plan participants across the state of New York with plan enrollments, fund transfers, payouts, financial transactions, plan communications, and customer service.

Hema earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from Siena College, and holds a series 6 registration.
